With reference to Pakistan Telecommunication Authority’s (PTA) latest directive concerning unregistered VPNs, we intend to inform you that PTA will proceed to blocking all unregistered VPNs without intimation from 25^th May 2014. The notices tendered are included in this email for your reference. Please be informed that VPNs of all types fall under the purview of this mandate.

If your company is currently using VPNs, it is highly recommended that you coordinate with Nexlinx Networks to have the relevant IPs properly registered/white-listed with PTA. The relevant forms needed to make the request are attached with this email and the instructions to complete them are as follows:

• The Application Form may be printed out on an A4 sized white paper and duly signed and stamped (the form is duly formatted to fit the page size)
• The Undertaking form needs to be printed on a Rs. 100 worth legal paper and duly signed and stamped (the form is duly formatted to fit the page size)
• Kindly dispatch the hardcopies to our new address: “8–R 3rd Floor Blue Mall, MM Alam Road, Gulberg III, Lahore – Pakistan”

The white-listing procedure approximately takes a week so it is advisable to dispatch the documents to our office before COB on 20^th May 2014. Please call or email us for any query or assistance. We thank you for your continued patronage.
