[Nexlinx] Submarine cable system impacted - update

Valued Customer,

Internet traffic in Pakistan is still affected due to cuts in multiple submarine cable systems. We are in close follow up with our upstream providers for further updates and resolution. 

In addition to the above on going issue there will be a planned unavoidable maintenance activity on another submarine cable system as per below schedule


Primary Maintenance Window:

Start Time: 21 Sep 2025, 08:00  AM PST (+5 GMT)
End Time:   21 Sep 2025, 05:00  PM  PST (+5 GMT)

Backup Maintenance Window:

Start Time: 22 Sep 2025, 08:00 AM PST (+5 GMT)
End Time:   22 Sep 2025, 05:00 PM PST (+5 GMT)

Impact: Service degradation will be observed during the maintenance window.


Updates regarding these notifications will be shared as soon as further updates are received.

Valued Customers,

We have been informed by our upstream providers that there has been multiple submarine cable cuts in Saudi Waters, near Jeddah. Multiple cable systems are impacted due to this.

You may face degradation to some internet destinations, due to the cable cut. 

Furthermore, as per updates from upstream providers, there is also a maintenance activity in progress by Google, due to which you may experience degradation in Google related services also. 

Updates regarding these notifications will be shared as soon as further updates are received.
